Stress and age

I think the reason some people age faster then others is for the fact that they over stress. They stop having the faith the things will work out. Stress consumes people. First it usually starts mentally. With some that's all they can handle. Then people try to fight it with drugs, alcohol, food, games, ect. But that only sustains them for so long. Then it takes over emotions. It also starts taking over physically. Then they usually become more sluggish. They try to fight doing things with other people. They fight it with the only way they know how. And mentally they get worse. That's also when they start getting sick more, complain more, more forgetful, and sleeping schedule changes. Then if it's still not taken care of things get worse. Your drained. You have no energy. You see no point in life. You start thinking about disappearing. Anything you try to calm your nerves don't help. At that point is when you need help the most. The reason I say this effects age is that when people get stressed the things they do to themselves is what ages us. You could be happy and healthy. But as soon as you go though a really bad stress cycle. You age badly. It could be caused by many facters. Jobless, broke, death. Ect. What people need to know is how to get out. If your stressed. Ask for help. Call one of the help lines. Write. Sometimes it's easier then others to get out. But it's never to late. Also if you see signs happening to a loved one. Help them before it's too late.

Our year goal

I'm sure you seen the photo going around. Well today we started it. And we also made it so we are ahead a few days. Hope this gives someone else some encouragement to save money.

2015 year review

             Little about me:
1. Age... I'm 22
2. Favorite color.... purple
3. Favorite 2015 book... umm apparently I been slacking on reading new books...

          Highlights of 2015:

1. Greatest lessons learned... Everyone grows at their own pace, and that I can be heard.
2. Hardest thing this year... Learning how to let go emotionally.
3. Favorite memory... Giving birth to my son, and getting married.
4. What I loved about 2015... Seeing all the blessing come together.

              Looking forward to in 2016

1. Want to learn... Basically what this year has to teach me. Also not stressing so much.
2. Want to get better at... Seeing why I'm loved so much. Keeping control over what I can and can't have.
3. Goals for 2015... Less snacking, and keeping up with saving money plan.
